The virtual conference platform (PheedLoop) does not show properly

Please prefer Chrome browser or the new (!) Edge browser as other browsers may raise problems. 

What can I do when the video on PheedLoop (the virtual conference platform) is not running smoothly?
Try to reload the page, and please use the Chrome browser or the new Edge browser. 

Where can I find my login to the PheedLoop virtual event?
Check your Inbox and spam folder for an email that was sent from no-reply@pheedloop.com.

Where can I find the poster exhibition?
Please click on "Poster Area" in the menu bar on the left hand side of the virtual conference platform (PheedLoop).

Where can I get an overview on the conference program?
Both an overview and the detailed program can be found here.
In addition you will find an overview on the daily program in “Sessions” on the virtual conference portal.

My microphone and/or video is not working
In general: Please check if your computer and/or headset is unmuted; for your headset you may also want to try another USB slot on your computer.
In Zoom: Check if your computer/headset is unmuted, your tab is unmuted and if you have selected the correct audio output (e.g. your headset). If it still does not work, have a look at the settings in your browser: under 'Privacy and Security' you will find the site settings, here you can give permissions for Location, Notification, and: Microphone and Camera.
If PheedLoop is blocked, unblock it. When you enter PheedLoop again, you will be asked to grant PheedLoop access to your camera and microphone; allow it in order for PheedLoop to function properly.

I heard that the presentations will also be available as Streaming on Demand. When will this be the case?
Presentations will be available a few hours after their respective session.

PLEASE NOTE: all nPV Workshop presentations will be given live and are thus not available for streaming after the conference!

Will the presentations also be available for download?
No, video presentations will not be available for download after the conference, but for streaming on demand after the event instead. The Q&A will also be available for streaming on demand if possible, starting from the week after the conference.

Will the Q&A also be available as Streaming on Demand?
Yes, but this will take a little longer as the videos will have to be edited and cut. Therefore they will be online starting in the week after the conference.

For how long will the presentations be online in the conference portal?
They will be available for one month after the conference.

Chat room needed?
Chats between 2 persons can be done via the Networking Area in the virtual event platform, otherwise please organise your meeting independently using your own separate service (Skype, Zoom, GotoMeeting, Teams…). If this is not possible for whatever reasons, please contact us and we will try to set up a meeting room for you.

How can I get access to the papers?
The non-reviewed papers can be accessed via the download area on the website. For login, please use the login data you have been sent during registration.

Will there be conference proceedings?
Yes, the proceedings will be published with AIP. Detailed information can be found here.
